Enjoy our full unlimited class schedule, each workout is a 30 minute HIIT style bootcamp workout.  Each day the class is the same across the full schedule however the next day the workout is completely NEW, it is part of the special sauce of what we do!  Never the same workout twice which causes a lot of muscle confusion providing continued fat burning results you will crave!
